Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower:

  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional

For Garnish:

  • Green onions chopped
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the batter

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Step 2: Coat cauliflower

  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated.

Step 3: Bake or air fry

  • Place the coated florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Step 4: Make the sauce

  • In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha until smooth.

Step 5: Toss and serve

  • Toss the crispy cauliflower in the sauce until well coated. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
