Ingredients
  

For the salmon:

  • 500 g salmon fillet skin removed and cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the bang bang sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey

For garnish:

  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the salmon

  • Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry.

Step 2: Season

  • In a bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Cook the salmon

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon pieces for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Step 4: Make the sauce

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.

Step 5: Combine

  • Toss the cooked salmon in the sauce until evenly coated.

Step 6: Garnish and serve

  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
