Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits 8 pieces
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish lightly.

Step 2: Prepare the biscuits

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and spread them evenly in the baking dish.

Step 3: Cook the sausage

  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: Make the gravy

  • In the same skillet, melt butter, then add flour and stir for 1–2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
