Ingredients
  

For the beef filling:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

For assembling:

  • 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise optional
  • Pickles optional

For the buttery topping:

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the beef

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it starts to brown. Break it apart using a spatula so you get small, even pieces.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and slightly golden. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add ketchup and mustard, mix well, and let everything cook together for a few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the buns

  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating them individually. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise if you like a creamy touch.

Step 3: Assemble the sliders

  • Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Place the cheese slices on top so they cover the beef completely.
  • Add pickles if using, then place the top half of the buns over everything.

Step 4: Add the topping

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and sesame seeds. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.

Step 5: Bake

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.

Step 6: Serve

  • Let the sliders cool slightly, then slice and serve warm. Enjoy every bite!
