  • Deep skillet or sauté pan
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Colander (for draining pasta)
  • Knife and chopping board
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Cheese grater (if using fresh cheese)

Ingredients

  • 250 g linguini pasta
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.

Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef

  • Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Let it develop a slight crust for extra flavor.

Step 3: Add Onion and Garlic

  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.

Step 4: Season the Meat

  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix well and let the flavors blend.

Step 5: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • Add butter to the skillet and let it melt into the beef mixture. Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently to combine. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 6: Add Cheese

  • Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese melts completely and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.

Step 7: Combine Pasta and Sauce

  • Add the cooked linguini to the skillet. Toss everything together, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

Step 8: Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve warm. Enjoy every cheesy, buttery bite!
