  • Martini glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces tequila silver/blanco
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur like triple sec
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce olive brine
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt for rim
  • 2 green olives for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Glass

  • Run a lime wedge around the rim of your martini glass, then dip it into salt to coat the edge evenly.

Step 2: Add Ingredients to Shaker

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, olive brine, simple syrup, and orange juice.

Step 3: Shake Well

  • Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.

Step 4: Strain and Serve

  • Strain into the prepared glass. Drop in two green olives for that classic finish.

Step 5: Optional Shaker Serve

  • For an authentic touch, serve with extra in the shaker on the side.
