  • Skillet (optional for searing)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional, for searing

  • Pour the mixture over the steak and gently stir to coat.

Step 6: Cook

  • Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.

Step 7: Finish and garnish

  • Stir gently and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
