Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 400g kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can 400g diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni pasta
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Step 1: Brown the beef

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft.

Step 2: Add to crockpot

  • Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.

Step 3: Add ingredients

  • Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, and spices. Stir well.

Step 4: Cook

  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.

Step 5: Add pasta

  • Stir in uncooked macaroni and cook for another 20–30 minutes until tender.

Step 6: Add cheese

  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Step 7: Serve

  • Serve warm and enjoy.
