Ingredients
  

For the seasoning blend:

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes optional, for heat
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

For the burgers:

  • 500 g ground beef 80/20 fat ratio recommended
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion rings
  • Your favorite sauces ketchup, mayo, mustard

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the seasoning

  • In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes, and dried oregano. Mix well until evenly blended.

Step 2: Shape the patties

  • Take the ground beef and divide it into 4 equal portions. Gently shape each portion into a patty. Avoid overworking the meat, as it can make the burgers tough.

Step 3: Season generously

  • Sprinkle the gordon ramsay burger seasoning recipe evenly on both sides of each patty. Press lightly so the seasoning sticks well.

Step 4: Heat the pan

  • Place a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Let it heat until shimmering.
