Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks about 250g each

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything thoroughly until the marinade looks smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Place the steaks in a ziplock bag or shallow dish.
  • Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat.
  • Cook the steaks for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness.
  • Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
