For the Salad:
- 2 fresh tuna steaks about 200g each
- 300 g baby potatoes
- 150 g green beans trimmed
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup black olives preferably Niçoise or Kalamata
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
For the Dressing:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
