Ingredients
  

  • 250 g spaghetti or Asian noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook the noodles

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare garlic base

  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, but not browned.

Step 3: Add sauces

  • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Let it simmer for a minute.

Step 4: Combine noodles

  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss well to coat evenly in the sauce.

Step 5: Finish

  • Add green onions and chili flakes. Toss again and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Step 6: Serve

  • Serve hot and enjoy the rich garlic flavor.
