Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

Step 2: Add Onion and Garlic

Step 3: Make the Sauce
