- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- ½ cup boiled corn kernels
- ½ cup finely chopped capsicum bell peppers
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Oil for frying or brush for baking
