- 300 g spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can 300g cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes optional
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
