Step 3: Knead

Step 4: First Rise

  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

Step 5: Shape the Rolls

  • Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape into balls.

Step 6: Second Rise

  • Place rolls in a baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.

Step 7: Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.

Step 8: Finish with Butter
