Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1: Preheat oven

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mash bananas

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Step 3: Mix wet ingredients

  • Add peanut butter, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Step 4: Combine dry ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 5: Make batter

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Add milk and mix until just combined.

Step 6: Bake

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
