Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Stir in garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add mixed vegetables and stir well.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the skillet and combine everything.
Transfer the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the tots are golden and crispy.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
