Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 can 300g cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag about 500g frozen tater tots
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir well.
  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the skillet and combine everything.
  • Transfer the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until the tots are golden and crispy.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.
